Project Management
When providing Project Management services for a client Talva Energy is able to carefully determine which aspects of the project are in need of attention and allocate our resources appropriately. It is always important to focus on the early stages of certain projects to ensure the timeline doesn’t begin to slip.
Ensure timely material delivery and coordinate all necessary permits.
Prepare and submit incentive paperwork.
Hold pre-construction meetings with key stakeholders.
Stage equipment and prepare the site for construction.
Oversee the installation process to ensure adherence to project specifications.
Verify the quality of workmanship at each stage.
